To maintain our structured schedule and safe perimeter, punctual arrival is essential:
- Arrival Window: Please arrive between 10:00 AM and 10:25 AM to complete badge verification. Activities start promptly at 10:30 AM.
- Dismissal: The event concludes at 3:30 PM. Children are released only to authorized collectors.
- Private Pickup PIN: For child safeguarding, staff will verify the collector’s identity against your private 6-digit Pickup PIN generated exclusively on your confirmation pass.
The event floor is a specialized, teacher-guided learning space:
- Educator Supervision: All student activities are continuously guided by certified Markaz educators and safeguarding marshals.
- Student Independence: To foster peer connection and campus safety, parents and guardians do not enter active learning halls during workshop sessions.
- Parent Hospitality: Dedicated parent waiting areas and hospitality corners are provided outside the core activity halls.
Your child’s wellbeing is our highest priority:
- Health Disclosures: Please declare any allergies, asthma, dietary sensitivities, or medication in the registration form below.
- Nut-Free Facility: In consideration of severe allergies, packed snacks and lunches must be strictly nut-free.
- First-Aid Support: A certified school nurse and medical station are present on campus throughout event hours.
Please pack a small, clearly labelled backpack with the following items:
- Water Bottle: Filled with clean drinking water (refill stations available on campus).
- Snack & Lunch: One healthy morning snack and a balanced, nut-free lunch box.
- Attire: Modest, comfortable clothing suitable for active workshops and closed-toe sports shoes.
- Art Supplies: Drawing notebook or scrapbook and pencil box with pencils, eraser, and crayons.
- Valuables: Please leave electronic tablets, gaming consoles, and jewelry at home.
